Izabella was the Key Makeup Artist in the creative team. She was responsible to lead and to oversee the Makeup Department, to control and synchronize the work of nine Makeup Artists and to coordinate the Hairstylists. Her job was to plan the makeup designs and to assure to recreate these looks on the models and to ensure consistency, with attention to details. Her role was to plan and organize shedules, timing, and assure professional outcome. She was very proactive, diligent, self-organized with excellent communication skills. She had knowledge of different color palettes and design styles, and could determine what fit to the collection and to the models. I was able to consult her and define the specifications, which materials, style and colors are the most suitable. She was good in working in a team and could collaborate with crew members (fashion designer, set designer, stylist, photographers, creative development etc.) She maintain an awareness of the latest trends in beauty, she was good in taking lighting and setting into account when applying makeup and creating appropriate hairstyling. I was very satisfied with her personality and her positive attitude, her dedicated work and professionalism throughout the show, before and after, through the planning sessions and when removing makeup after the show. I recommend her to the applied position.
